As the daughter of a lawyer, I am not quick to call lawsuits ridiculous or evil or bad or wrong, but seriously. This one just crosses the line. I'm all for protecting children, but is a childhood without Oreos one worth having?

Dude! Snack makers have been lying about how much fat is in their products? The bastards! Oreos are worse for us than we thought? Though part of me would rather they keep the current inaccurate stats on there because the amount of guilt I feel while consuming an Oreo (or two. or five.) is plenty. And I like living in the make believe land where calories don't count if you eat standing up and popcorn is good for you no matter how much butter you put on it.

Now I want an Oreo. And popcorn. Mmmm.

The broken ones don't have any calories. Ditto for the ones you eat off someone else's plate.

Exactly! We are so on the same page, N. Isn't denial land a fun place to be? Have you heard that ice cream you scoop out of the container and eat off the spoon without putting it in a bowl is calorie-free as well? And even if you go back multiple times with different spoons in the space of ten minutes, you're still golden. Denial land rocks.
