Dude, the writing pretty crappy - I guess I've set the bar so low for GH that I don't even ask for good writing to really enjoy the show! :) I'm glad that I'm not alone in finding Patrick and Robin cute - I'm just so happy to have a couple to root for on the show. I don't know when that last happened - the early days of Jason and Sam, maybe? Or Dillon and Georgie?
Anyway, here are the spoilers I've found: There's a lot of stuff out there and I can't tell how much of it is accurate - partly because this virus storyline is moving so fast! But here's what I've got (note that I'm including almost exclusively spoilers for the storylines I watch - hence very little Emily or Sonny stuff).
-Sam is going to turn out to be someone's long-lost daughter (of course), and right now the rumors are split between: Alexis's, Holly's (she was on the show ages ago and is coming back in a couple weeks), or Nikolas's twin. I'm rooting for Alexis and Sam as mother/daughter, myself.
-Tony, Danny, and Courtney (huzzah!) are going to die from the man-made mutant strain of encephalitis (MMSOE).
-Maxie is going to have a heart attack becuase of the MMSOE and Nikolas will try to save her! Does this mean impending romance? I think they're running out of actresses for Tyler Christopher or something.
-Lulu will have a crush on Dillon. (I heart Lulu, and I heart Dillon, but for some reason am unsure of them together. But Georgie and Dillon have gotten kind of old for me. I don't know.)
-Carly is going to be purposefully injected with the MMMSOE!
-And Robin will also get the MMMSOE, which will (I hope) lead to many woeful glances from Patrick and angsty scenes with her father, or something. But this is complicated by the fact that Liz will think that Lucky has died at some point next week, and will turn to Patrick for comfort, and there will be kissing! I am hoping this will be used only as a cheap dramatic device to make Robin realize how much she really likes Patrick. Because I've totally gone OTP on Robin/Patrick.
-Oh! I just read something saying that Carly would help Jax raise Courtney's baby (I love this).
-Also, the person behind the MMMSOE may be Helena Cassadine. Awesome!
