I think it's called an egg beater. Do they have a stand mixer? They must, if they do that much cooking. Just, apparently, hidden. *g* Only tip I have is to stretch your arms out before attempting to beat by hand. LOL Helpful, huh? But you will be really sore otherwise. *g*
