Apologies for vagueness! My dermatologist put me on a new antibiotic, Bactrim, which worked where no other antibiotic has worked before! There is a potential for side effects (my dermatologist said that 10% of people who take it break out in a full-body rash), but I haven't had any problems, and my doctor said I've passed the danger zone. I recommend!
