I know you're asking for Regencies, but I tend to go for trite modern crap (think Nora Roberts) so I can't really give you any of that. Susan Wiggs, who is one of my favorites (I read Lakeside Cottage, a modern one, off of the share-a-book shelves on my Anguilla trip, and looooved it) also apparently does historical romances. I don't know if they're any good; I've only read her moderns.
