And yes, reading about soap operas is EVEN BETTER than watching them because there's no way to summarize what's been happening on any given show without sounding exactly like a complete raving lunatic. liza31337 has a McSweeney's list taken from actual soap opera recaps to prove the utter genius of such actions.
