Ah, then you understand. :) I've heard about the Great Snowfall of the Winter of 1990/1991. When it dips into the twenties, or especially the teens for those two or three days a year, everyone goes around asking "do you think it'll snow?!" and I say "I know we think it's cold, but it's really not cold enough." Unfortunately.
