Like, for me, it's hard to break it all down, b/c it's like "duh, just, you know, read the letters that are there!" And when they don't get it, it's all "whazza? howza? NO DON'T MAKE UP SYLLABLES THAT AREN'T THERE!!" but then when they DO get it, it's totally farking awesome and exciting.
Yes, exactly! I LOLed at the "DONT' MAKE UP SYLLABLES THAT AREN'T THERE" because I have that reaction almost every week. R. has this habit of imagining the "l" sound in words for some reason I've yet to understand, and every time I have to restrain myself from just yelling, "THERE IS NO L THERE. NO L SOUND. THEEEERE IIIIS NOOOOOOOOOOOOO LLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL!"
And I think the movie might have been Charade. Was Walter Matthau in that? It was weird because I recognized some parts of the movie but not others, and I thought I saw Charade in full when I was in high school. Either I mixed up the movies or I'm starting to forget things. Am getting old!
