yeah, I always get semi-monthly and bi-monthly confused, and I've especially psyched myself out on them because I remembered that it's counter-intuitive, but now I think my intuition has changed about them, so I always get them wrong. But I guess semi-monthly is twice a month, and bi-monthlyl is every other month. Er, I think.

The point is, your boss sucks. But you are fun!

And I, myself, am always late, and think it's an egregious character flaw as well, but I just! I just can't get my act together. I think it's because the one area of my life in which I am optimistic is how long it will take me to put myself together.
