Good, you're planning on going to court. I always do, and it pays off every single time. I've been ticketed for speeding twice in the past year, but still no points on my license. Go me! (Of course, I did have to pay the exorbitant fines.) It's a crazy system, but don't stress that you got caught up in it. When you go to court, just blame your brother!
